Recipe for Butter Chicken for Dinner
Take 500 gms of chicken breast boneless pieces, add 2 tablespoon curd 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon kashmiri chillie powder, 1 teaspoon pepper powder and marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then in a pan put a little oil and shallow fry and cook the chicken and keep it aside.
Butter chicken gravy paste
Add 1 medium sized onion, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, around 15 cashewnuts, 2 big tomatoes, salt as per your taste and mix it well and cook till tomatoes become soft. After it cools grind in a mixer and make a paste.
Take a Kadai / pan add 1 tablespoon butter and little oil or you can take only butter also. Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder add the Butter chicken gravy paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and add little water and mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Now add fried chicken pieces and mix well. Add one tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon kasuri methi, 1 tablespoon milk cream. Mix it well and cook for another 2 minutes and your tasty butter chicken is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
