Dahi Vada


Take udit daal one cup and soak it in water for 1 - 2 hours and grind it into a paste like consistency.

Take half inch ginger, 2 green chillies and cut it very fine and mix it with the udit daal batter.

Put oil in kadai / deep pan and deep fry the small vadas. Now take water in other vessel and dip these fried vadas in it and remove it by pressing it with your hands.

Take 500 ml of curd run it in a mixture once with little sugar. Put the vadas in the serving bowl pour the curd over it and sprinkle little red chillie powder and pepper powder and have the yummy dahi vadas.
