Egg and Vegetable Roll
In 3 easy steps.
Ingredients : Onions, capcicum, green chillies, coriander, 2 eggs beaten with salt and red chilli powder. Wheat dough which we usually make at home for chapatis/rotis.
Method : Cut all the indredients as seen above and fry it in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil for a minute and keep aside.
Make phulkas as usual without any ghee or oil. Then put little oil in a pan and put little beaten eggs mixture on it and immediately put your cooked phulka on it and turn it both sides till the eggs are cooked which will take another minute.
Apply cheese spread and put the fried vegetables kept aside in a pan, put sauce and roll it and have the tasty Frankies.
You can add in different Fillings:
You can opt for filling paneer, boiled chicken, chiken tikka, left over vegetables and enjoy.
